PACKAGE INSURANCE

You can purchase insurance for your package here. This will cover 100% of loss or damage. It is a flat rate of $2.76 per order (after application of coupon).

SHIPPING POLICIES:

9 items or less, standard Shipping is $8.00 via US Mail in the USA, $16.95 international First Class Mail. International: First Class Mail often takes 2 MONTHS to arrive and is not insured. If you want it insured and faster, I can ship your package via GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL. You can add that to your cart.

10 items and more or WHOLESALE ORDERS, an additional shipping charge will be charged to your credit card after weight is determined. This will be actual shipping charges, no handling fee! Orders $150 or more will ship via Priority Mail and insured at buyer's expense. For UPS orders, UPS charges us a $10 surcharge to pick it up at our remote location so your fee will be $10 more than the usual ground charge.

Your item is actually made after we receive your order. It is custom made to your pet's neck size and will ship within 5 business days of the order, unless you choose the rush option.

Please note, 5 business days is 7 days when a weekend is included. Please add 3 to 5 days for the package to arrive at your home after it ships.

We don't keep an inventory, each item is made when you order it. I wish I could get them done faster but these are custom, handcrafted collars and they take time to make.

RETURN POLICIES:

Due to the fact that these items are custom made for your pet and not stock items, we do not refund. We do not keep a stock of any kind, each item is made after it is ordered.

There is a 15% Restocking fee plus shipping fee to exchange if you made a sizing error. Collars must be in new condition in order to be eligible for exchange. If we custom make a collar for you that is NOT on our site, we do not exchange or refund.

Rhinestone Dog Collar Brush

This brush has bristles at both ends. It is great for cleaning around the rhinestones. You can first use the brush to clean the stones and then put the entire collar in a warm sudsy bath, scrub lightly, rinse, then lay out to dry.
