We ship via US Mail and charge actual shipping charges only. We will charge any extra
fees due to size and weight of items to your credit card after items have shipped.
We also will drop ship with no minimum purchase

RETURNS: We accept returns for defects in workmanship ONLY. Please remember that all collars are custom made after they are ordered. They are not stock items.
For larger orders, please allow 2 weeks to make them, then another 3 to 5 days to your location in the USA, longer shipping
time for international orders.
